OMG!!! I am such a SNACKER!!!

If I could, I would snack ALLLLL DAYYY!

I don’t know about you, but I’m the person who will have a snack and mosey back into the kitchen 10min later for more lol

And because I love snacking, it is definitely where I tend to OVER DO IT and hinder my own progress.

So, because I know myself and I know where I can potentially go wrong, I make it a point to always have healthy & GULIT FREE snacks on deck.


HERE ARE MY TOP 10 FAVORITE HEALTHY SNACKS

  1. Quaker Oats Rice Cakes & Almond Butter

  2. Chocolate Almonds

  3. Skinny Pop Popcorn

  4. Chobani Yogurt & Raw Almonds

  5. Apple & Peanut Butter

  6. Strawberry/Banana/ Peanut Butter Protein Shake

  7. Nuts (Almonds or Cashews)

  8. String Cheese

  9. Think Thin Protein Bars

  10. Fresh Fruit (Strawberries, Blueberries, Watermelon, Bananas)


These are super simple, super easy, macro friendly and foods I thoroughly enjoy.

Remember, don’t over complicate it! There are no good & bad foods. Snack on what you enjoy in MODERATION!

PRO TIP: If you just finished a snack and feel the need to go back for more, DRINK WATER, wait about 20 min and decide if what you ate really wasn’t enough. If you’re still hungry after the 20min, eat more and enjoy, but if not… try not to over do it!
