HERE’S WHAT SHE HAS TO SAY:

We may never be the same.

And that is okay.

Our society is forced to analyze its mechanisms of productivity and implementation.

More and more… and MORE is going VIRTUAL!

It is devastating how many people are being negatively impacted by the virus, with family and friends who have the virus, those who have lost their job and so on.

I pray for those people every day.

I won’t get too spiritual on you, but I know God’s got you.

There is a plan.

We can look at the negative and stay there, or we can look at the other side and start getting innovative and trust in the process.

We may not KNOW how long this is going to last and how it’s going to impact us in the grand scheme of things.

But I do know we have the STRENGTH to get through every day. And the show must GO ON!

I am choosing to be as supportive as possible in the ways I know how.

Like SO many of you, I am going VIRTUAL with it.

If we are honest, having a cell phones and laptops that allow us to see each other face to face in real time is a miracle in itself.

We can use this powerful tool in so many ways. 

THERE ARE QUITE A FEW BENEFITS TO GOING VIRTUAL: 

1) Time

A lot of us complain that we don’t have enough time in the day to do all the things we need to do. Virtual options can mitigate this because it takes away drive time. For example: I offer virtual personal training and physical therapy. We do not need to meet up in person, so it is easier on both the client and I. 

2) Scheduling errors

We can eliminate the problems of scheduling all together by having online resources. For example: I am posting daily yoga videos in my facebook community that any-one can perform on their OWN time. You can find almost any kind of workout on the internet now and save it for YOUR time. 

3) Online courses

We can find almost any course that fits our interest via the online platform. Want to learn a new language or new skill? Find the perfect coach for you in whatever niche that serves you best! For example: I have an online course that gets super specific on creating your own resistance training program. It teaches you how to continue to be your own fitness coach for life, so you never have to have a personal trainer again. 100 percent catered to your lifestyle and your goals. 

4) Online memberships

On a lower dime, get your monthly accountability and resources by joining an online fitness membership. This allows us to connect in a virtual community, which is SO important in times of social distancing. For example: I have an online fitness membership that is geared toward growing your glutes and tightening your tummy. The freedom to create what you want and how you want it.

This life is yours, and so much is possible online. Live your best life, it’s a freedom you can have!

I know many corporations are going online, schools are using online resources, and so much more.

So many of us realize how HARD we were working before, and want to step into the freedom of virtual avenues.

We can create financial freedom, fitness freedom,  and time freedom. 

If you choose to be innovative, virtual options can be so supportive for you.
