I’m Elise Borelli. As a former competitive snowboarder and NPC bikini competitor, I’ve experienced what it’s like to push myself to the limit, both physically and mentally. But after years of intense training, I learned that true transformation doesn’t come from extreme measures or one-size-fits-all routines. It’s about finding a sustainable path that fits your life and goals.

When I stepped away from competition, I faced my own struggles—hitting plateaus, losing confidence, and trying to balance fitness with a busy lifestyle. I tried countless diets and plans, but none of them worked long-term.  That’s when I decided to create a new approach.
